Shannon Hopkins is an experienced criminal trial lawyer, having worked in city and county prosecution roles throughout California and as a defense attorney for a private firm.  Shannon completed her juris doctorate at UCLA Law School in 2016, during which she worked with two judges and four criminal prosecution agencies.

After nearly a decade of service as a criminal prosecutor, Shannon Hopkins now helps people navigate this system more effectively as a criminal defense attorney. Her prodigious courtroom experience is essential to defending people and ensuring due process and justice. Each case is unique and personal and everyone deserves the best possible defense. Shannon lives in Huntington Beach, California with her fiancé and their dog, Gambit. When not advocating for clients in the courtroom, she enjoys swimming in the ocean, playing board games, and getting together with friends.
